Notice to all customers:
We understand that our customers have concerns about accessing products during this pandemic and we wish to assure our customers that we will remain open at this time.
Our warehouse is open for a limited time each week and orders will be packed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Please contact us to check for delivery estimates if you have concerns about an order arriving before a specific date. You will need to provide the suburb in which you intend to deliver your order to so that we can provide an estimated arrival date.
DOMESTIC (AU) ORDERS: The courier services we use remain open and making deliveries. They adhere to strict hygiene practices in line with guidelines provided by the government and health authorities.
‘Signature on Delivery’ parcels may be changed to ‘Authority to Leave’ in order to reduce the contact necessary between customer and driver and where the driver deems it safe and secure to do so. Our courier providers will take a signature on behalf of customers if they wish.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to the cancellation of an increasing number of international flights and country specific lockdowns, overseas transit times may be delayed by up to seven days. We are currently unable to send parcels over 2kg to all international destinations (with the exception on New Zealand).
Also please note that we live in Ghana and here all schools have been closed. We are balancing homeschooling our kids with working from home and so we are unable to respond to emails, DM's, Whatsapp messages as quickly as we would under normal circumstances. We will do our best to respond back when we can.
We wish that all our customers will stay safe and healthy. It is strange times with a lot of uncertainty ahead, we will be keeping communications updated as changes arise and we thank you for your patience.
