Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee for most products. However, this does not apply to bulk items such as Baby Moses Baskets or orders containing multiple baskets due to their larger size and packaging requirements.
Bulk Shipping Rates: For orders including Baby Moses Baskets or multiple baskets, we work with various courier companies to secure the best possible shipping rate. While we do not offer flat rate shipping on these items, we absorb part of the shipping cost to keep our products affordable for you. Rates will vary based on postcode with regional areas attracting a higher rate. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

We ship using Australia Post or courier services, depending on the best rate and delivery time.
Baby Moses Baskets & Bulk Orders: Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A street address is required.
Signature on Delivery: High-value items such as Baby Moses Baskets require a signature on delivery for insurance purposes.
If you prefer to authorize the courier to leave your package in a secure location, please indicate this during checkout by adding "ATL" to your address.
⚠️ Please note: If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL), you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Failed Deliveries & Returns: If a delivery attempt fails and your package is returned to us due to non-collection, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable items.
In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 3 business days once payment has cleared.
Peak Periods: During Christmas, sales, or new product launches, there may be minor delays—we appreciate your patience!
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
Adinkra Designs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or loss/damage during transit. However, we can assist in opening a case with the courier if needed.
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated arrival date listed on the product page.
If you place an order with both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together.
If you need in-stock items immediately, please place a separate order for them.
