DELIVERY COST

We currently use a flat rate shipping price across our product range. However, if the delivery address is based outside of a major metro city area (i.e if the location is outside of Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne), or if the item/s ordered is classified as bulky (i.e exceeds 90 cm in any of its dimensions (height, width or depth), then an additional shipping charge may be applied. A customer service member will contact you to advise the updated shipping cost to deliver the item to your location. The balance of the shipping fee will be payable prior to dispatch of your order. We work with several third party courier services and will endeavour to find the best rate and provide discounted rates where possible. You may at this time request to have your order cancelled and refunded if you do not wish to continue.

Please note, the flat rate for shipping applies to direct retail customers only and is not applicable to wholesale customers (see below for wholesale information).

PICK UP OPTION

As of July 2024 we are unable to offer pick up as we are currently arranging to relocate our warehouse to another location. While we are still processing online orders, we are unable to facilitate pick ups until the move is completed.

Delivery time will vary by location. Please refer to the below table for an approximate guideline on delivery times from our warehouse located in Sydney, NSW:

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We deliver your order either by Australia Post or via a Courier service, depending which offer the best rate and time efficient delivery.
Delivery cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

For high value items such as Baby Moses Baskets, we require signature on delivery. This is in line with the requirements of our insurance policy. We understand that it is not always possible to be home for delivery and to sign for your order. If you prefer the courier to leave the goods in a secure location, please indicate this during checkout by adding "ATL" to your address. It is important to note, that by providing authority to leave, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for physical loss or damage to the goods in transit.

If delivery attempts fail the parcel will often be taken to an agent where the parcel will be held for collection for a limited period of time. Any items deemed undeliverable or returned due to non collection, the customer is then liable for additional shipping charges for redelivery. No refunds will be processed for undeliverable items.

ORDER PROCESSING

If your item is in stock, please allow Adinkra Designs up to 3 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. We will always endeavor to get your order out as soon as possible but life happens so please allow up to 3 business days.

Please note during high volume sale periods during Christmas etc or new product releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time! 

Once dispatched, you will be emailed with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey home. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We deliver our products worldwide using global postal networks. Products are sent via Air and so the rate charged is dependent on the product weight and box size. Charges are calculated automatically during checkout. 

Delivery will take approximately between 5-15 working days (this may vary during peak times).

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once the order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly should you experience any issues with the delivery.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import tax duties. All international customers are responsible for the customs charges within in their own country. For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs agency.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at hello@adinkradesigns.com.au

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Adinkra Designs will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.  

Once shipped, Adinkra Designs does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, Adinkra Designs will assist you to open a case enquiry with the courier in question.

Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated arrival date - please refer to individual product information.
