IMPORTANT NOTE ON HANDMADE VARIATIONS

All of our items are handmade, and slight variations from the item pictured or size dimensions listed may occur. Please keep in mind the unique nature of your purchase when evaluating a product for a return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

NEED TO ORGANISE A RETURN?

We hope you'll love your order, but if you find the item is not quite right for you, then please contact our team to start the return process.

To return an item, please email the customer care team at hello@adinkradesigns.com.au and state your order number and the reason for your return i.e Error or fault with order or change of mind. Our friendly staff will respond back to you with the next steps of the return process. 

We kindly inform you that we refund/exchange products subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, in original condition with original packaging and tags.

Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Kindly note, if you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you, excluding the full delivery costs incurred by Adinkra Designs. Once we have received the returned item back, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return delivery cost and we highly recommended using a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. Please note that Adinkra Designs are not liable for any lost incoming parcels.

Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return handling costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions: 

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Item(s) must be unused with all original tags attached and packaging and in original condition.

  • Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

  • If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you, excluding the full delivery costs incurred by Adinkra Designs. Once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you receive an item with a fault, Adinkra Designs will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding or replacing the product in question. Faulty item claims must be reported to us immediately upon receiving your parcel. 

What if my order goes missing?

If your order has gone missing, please email us at hello@adinkradesigns.com.au stating your order number so we can resolve this for you.

What if I am missing an item or received the incorrect item?

If your order is incorrect or missing an item, please email us at hello@adinkradesigns.com.au stating your order number so we can resolve this for you.

 Can I Exchange an Item?

Due to the limited nature of our pieces as each item is handmade and unique, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund on your original purchase.
